Quantum Cosmetic Micro Pigments are proudly manufactured in the USA, in small batches to ensure the consistency and perfection of every batch. Our inks are laboratory tested & approved. Our pigments are sold worldwide and especially for the European Market we have developed our Platinum Label Pigments which are all EU REACH Compliant.
As of 2022 we expanded our offices to Europe by opening our Dutch office through which we sell and ship all over Europe!
